1. Lane Kiffin

One college head coach who has been all over the country is Lane Kiffin. He has had stops at USC, Tennessee, FAU and now Ole Miss, not to mention the Raiders.

But one thing has always been true about Kiffin: He can flat out coach. Now there are rumors about him and Oregon football.

Kiffin also knows how to recruit and he knows how to win in the Pac-12. He will understand as well as anybody what Riley will be trying to build at USC. The formula will be the same as Pete Carroll’s and Kiffin could be a perfect foil.

Not only is Kiffin is an offensive guru — he showed that once again at Ole Miss — but he knows how to win. He does an elite job of developing quarterbacks and with the right transfer, he could have the Ducks atop the Pac-12 next season.

Kiffin wants to be coaching at an elite program and Ole Miss isn’t it. Oregon is one of the last options left and if the Ducks were smart, they would back up the brinks truck for Kiffin.
