College Football 2021: Ranking the best trophies for bowl games

College football bowl games are nearly upon us with 42 total. Here is a look at the top 10 bowl trophies that will be handed out to the victors.
It’s college football bowl season and this year we are back to a normal schedule with a full slate of bowl games. The NCAA even approved a 42nd bowl game just so an eligible team would not be left out of this year’s postseason.
Now over the years, many fans complain there are too many bowl games. While there are some matchups every year that do not carry the same weight as others, all of the games are worth playing.
To the smaller programs, these games are good exposure. A bowl also allows a team to hold an extra 15 practices, which is valuable for coaches to evaluate younger players for the following season.
For some fans, it may be difficult to watch all the games with the ongoing holidays, so they have to be more selective in their viewing. But after all, the bowl games are the final games before the best sport in the world goes dark for the next eight months.
So we should all enjoy as many bowls as we can while we have them.
While many of the matchups are intriguing, there is a winner and of course a loser. To the victors go the spoils. Every bowl game hands out a trophy to its champion.
