One of the most underrated recruits in the nation is American Heritage cornerback Earl Little Jr. He is one of the best cover corners in the country coming out of high school and is going to have a chance to get on the field right away for Alabama.

Little was a nice recruiting win for Alabama considering that his father played at Miami and the Hurricanes made a serious run to land the talented defensive back.

Like the defensive line, Alabama could potentially lose some impact players on the back end of the defense. Josh Jobe is going to be going to the NFL and Jalyn Armour-Davis could follow him. Even if Armour Davis returns, Alabama is going to need a defensive back to step up alongside Kool-Aid McKinstry.

The incoming freshman corner has the coverage skills and versatility to get on the field right away and make an impact for the Crimson Tide next fall.
