Ryan Silverfield bests his former boss Hawai’i Head Coach Todd Graham

Ryan Silverfield is wrapping up his second year after being installed as the Head Coach for Memphis after Mike Norvell bolted to Florida State.

Interestingly enough, Silverfield and Hawaii Head Coach Todd Graham spent some time together at Arizona State.

Back in 2015, Silverfield served as an offensive analyst while Graham was the head coach of the Sun Devils.

Graham, who has been embattled in controversy since the season ended, will look to show his former underling how tough it is to come into Hawaii and play football.

The 2021 Hawaii Bowl is slated for Dec. 24 at 8 PM ET on ESPN. If the Tigers win, they’ll be having a very Merry Christmas in the islands this year.
