21. Wisconsin

If this was an all-time list of fanbases and not just for the 2021 season, Wisconsin would probably be a little higher on this list but it definitely deserves one of the top spots in the Big Ten.

Wisconsin fans are extremely passionate about their Badgers and even though Camp Randall Stadium isn’t huge or state of the art, it offers one of the best gameday atmospheres in all of college football.

The Badgers have won a lot of games there over the years and had a solid season in 2021 but it wasn’t enough to get to the Big Ten title game. Wisconsin also lost at home to Michigan for the first time since 2001.

Only once during the 2021 season did Camp Randall have fewer than 70,000 fans in attendance. It didn’t match Purdue’s number, but the attendance was good and along with everything else, including the jump around, the Badger fans feel just right at 21.
