1. Georgia’s Run Defense

This is going to be the main reason that Georgia will beat Michigan in the playoff. Michigan is going to look to run the ball with Blake Corum and Hassan Haskins, but that is going to be tough to do on Jordan Davis and the Georgia defense.

The one thing that the Georiga defense has been able to do all season has been stopping the run. No team has been able to run very successfully on the Bulldogs and that should not change in the playoff.

This is going to be the best rushing attack that Georgia has faced all season though. Michigan has the best offensive line in the country and is used to having its way on offense.

If Georgia is able to contain Corum and Haskins, it is going to be up to McNamara and the Wolverines passing game to win. Georgia is going to shut down the Wolverines ground game and clinch a spot in the national championship game.
