Nov. 5. Georgia Bulldogs. player. Scouting Report. Athens, Ga.. 9. 814. Pick Analysis

Another tough test for the Volunteers will be going on the road to take on the defending national champions. Tennessee has not been able to beat Georgia since the 2016 season and is hoping to show that they can compete with the SEC’s best teams. The game last season started out well for Tennessee, with the Volunteers taking an early 7-0 lead. Georgia flexed their muscles from that point forward and won the game by double-digits in Knoxville.

Georgia is going to be right back in the thick of the playoff hunt in 2022. They recruit as well as anyone and will be able to replace the talent that they have lost. Tennessee will be more competitive in this game than last year’s, but going into Athens and getting a win is too tall of an order.

Final Score: Tennessee 28, Georgia 38 (5-4, 1-4)

For the final home game of the season, Tennessee is going to welcome Missouri to Knoxville and the Volunteers will try to send out their seniors with a victory. Getting a win would mean that Tennessee would clinch a spot in a bowl game and that is going to be critical. Tennessee is going to be looking for their first SEC victory since their win over Florida earlier in the year.

Missouri is going to be missing some key players from the team they had last year. The defense should not be as bad, but it won’t be improved enough to slow down Tennesee’s offense. Volunteers get their last home victory of the season.

Final Score: Tenessee 37, Missouri 24 (6-4, 2-4)
