Arkansas Football: 2022 Way-Too-Early Game-by-Game Predictions

Missouri State comes in as the FCS cupcake game to give the Hogs a break before their brutal division slate. However, this Missouri State team did finish second only to North Dakota State in the Missouri Valley Football Conference last year and were an FCS playoff participant. Arkansas can have trouble with “easy” games, as their opener last season against Rice showed, but it’s not happening here.
Final score: Arkansas 48, Missouri State 14 (Arkansas moves to 3-0, 1-0 in conference)
Jerryworld awaits, as the rivalry between A&M and Arkansas heads for another chapter. Texas A&M is heading into 2022 with a whole load of momentum; a #1 overall recruiting class and national title buzz is going to keep the Aggies chugging along really nicely. Quarterback for A&M is going to be a weak link until they can settle on a starter, now that Zach Calzada is gone. Still, though, Arkansas football is just outclassed in terms of talent in this game, so look for an Aggies win.
