Internal turmoil has become a problem at Auburn, with at least 15 players transferring out to different schools. There have been a few guys coming in, including former Texas A&M quarterback Zach Calzada, but the trend is clear in the outward direction.

Combine that with their offensive coordinator leaving weeks after he took the job, and there are serious cracks in Auburn’s program. At least they’ll have Tank Bigsby back, though he was in the portal for a time as well. Ole Miss should get the win.

Final score: Ole Miss 34, Auburn 20 (7-0, 3-0)

Death Valley awaits the Rebels up next, as Ole Miss goes to LSU. Brian Kelly surprised everyone taking the LSU job, and the Tigers have been busy in the portal to plug in the holes left by a surprisingly anemic 2021 squad. The result is a team that is going to take a while to build chemistry but could come together by this time in the season.

Look for the Tigers to grab the upset win.

Final score: LSU 27, Ole Miss 24 (7-1, 3-1)
