Game 7: at Georgia (L)

If you thought that a road trip to Tuscaloosa was going to be Vanderbilt’s lowest point of the season, you were wrong.

The defending National Champions will also be hosting the Commodores, and the result should be no different than what the latter will have been seeing throughout the entire season up until this point. If the Alabama game were to have a parental advisory warning, then this one may be too harsh to be televised.

Game 8: at Missouri (L)

Another weekend, another ungodly performance from Vandy. The Commodores will most likely have been worn down to their wit’s end by the time they’re entering this one and lose by a convincing margin once again.

The severity of the loss will have very little to do with Missouri’s greatness, though. Sometimes you just can’t keep fighting.

Game 9: vs. South Carolina (L)

This will be the closest that Vanderbilt ever gets to winning an SEC game this year, but getting close to a victory, unfortunately, means nothing.

The South Carolina Gamecocks were a bowl team last year, but they will be on the road while Vandy is coming off of its second bye week; that’ll make things closer. However, South Carolina head coach Shane Beamer has his guys playing formidably enough to still hold on by a couple of scores.
