2. Kadyn Proctor, OT

Georgia has done a great job of recruiting and developing offensive linemen since Kirby Smart took over in Athens in 2016. The Bulldogs are always going to be in the running for some of the country’s top talents at the position and that is still going to be the case in 2023.

Kadyn Proctor is the top-ranked offensive tackle in the country and the top player in the state of Iowa.

At 6-foot-7, 330 pounds, he does a lot of things well for a guy of his size and moves exceptionally well. Whether it is run blocking or pass protection, Proctor has great athleticism and not many weaknesses. He would have the potential to walk on campus in Athens and challenge for playing time. Proctor is that good and he is still improving.

As one can imagine, Georgia is going to have to compete with a lot of top schools to land a commitment from Proctor. His teammate was a highly rated recruit in the 2022 cycle and landed at Iowa. The Hawkeyes could have a leg up for the top kid in the state, but Georgia is going to be in the thick of things.
