Wide Receiver

Starting X Receiver: Xavier Worthy

Backup: Troy Omeire

Starting Slot Receiver: Jordan Whittington

Backup: Kelvontay Dixon

Starting Z Receiver: Isaiah Neyor

Backup: Marcus Washington

This is one of the more talented receiver rooms in the country and it got better through the transfer portal.

Xavier Worthy was able to step up as the top option and has blazing speed. A former four-star recruit, Worthy was one of the biggest playmakers for the Longhorns as a true freshman last season. He could be in for an All-American type of season in 2022. At the other outside receiver position will be Isaiah Neyor. Neyor is a transfer from Wyoming who was one of the most sought-after receivers in the portal. He brings another element to the Texas offense and will be a great weapon for them.

Jordan Whittington was the second leading receiver on Texas last season and is a nice complement to Worthy and Neyor. Guys like Troy Omeire, Marcus Washington, and Kelvontay Dixon are talented backups that will provide depth and be used frequently.
