Oct. 1. player. 817. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Auburn, Ala.. LSU Tigers. 5

It is not going to be fun for Auburn if they start the season off with two losses in the first month. The thing is, the schedule is only going to get harder from there. Next on the schedule is LSU.

LSU is undergoing a major coaching and culture change with the hiring of Brian Kelly, who is hoping to get the Tigers back to national championship contention. That probably won’t happen this year, but LSU is on its way back.

After losing their last two games, this might be a must-win for Auburn and Harsin. LSU is one of the winners of the transfer portal this offseason and Auburn is one of the losers so far. Both teams seem to be heading in different directions and LSU will get the best of Auburn out on the plains.

Final Score: Auburn 13, LSU 31 (2-3, 0-2)

Athens, Ga.. Georgia Bulldogs. 6. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 814. Oct. 8

For the first road trip of the season for the Tigers, they must go on the road to take on the defending national champions. That is not going to be an easy task and to make matters worse, Auburn has not beaten the Bulldogs in five seasons. Georgia has found a way to dominate the Tigers recently and it is tough to envision Auburn walking into Sanford Stadium and coming out with a victory.

Georgia did lose a lot of talent from one of the best defenses of all time, but the Bulldogs recruit exceptionally well and are positioned for another playoff run. This game is not going to be close and Georgia will win big here.

Final Score: Auburn 7, Georgia 35 (2-4, 0-3)
