Pick Analysis. Durham, NC. 7. player. Duke Blue Devils. 825. Scouting Report. Oct 15

After a tough loss to Miami, North Carolina will have to prepare for a rivalry game vs Duke. The Blue Devils are yet another ACC Coastal team that is undergoing a coaching change and will be undergoing a rebuild. Former Texas A&M defensive coordinator Mike Elko is taking over in Durham and hopes to get her Blue Devils back to being a respectable team in the ACC and not a pushover.

It is probably going to be a rough debut season for Elko. There is not much talent at Duke and it is always tough to transition for a coach in his first season. Elko has had experience as a defensive coordinator at several stops and should make the Blue Devils more physical. However, North Carolina rolls in this game.

Final Score: North Carolina 48, Duke 14 (5-2, 2-1)

Pick Analysis. Chapel Hill, NC. Pittsburgh Panthers. player. Scouting Report. Oct 29. 8. 866

To close out the month of October, North Carolina is going to welcome the defending ACC Champions to their building. Pitt is hoping to repeat as conference champions but will be doing so without last year’s Heisman finalist quarterback Kenny Pickett. USC transfer Kedon Slovis will be taking over for Pickett under center and hopes to regain his form when he looked like one of the best quarterbacks in the country in 2019.

Pitt is not going to drop off in a big way after such a great season. There is still high-level talent on this team, such as wide receiver Jordan Addison and the Panthers will still be a tough out. However, North Carolina is going to be ready for them at home and ready to spring the upset.

Final Score: North Carolina 41, Pitt 35 (6-2, 3-1)
