Madison, WI. 900. 3. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Sept 17. New Mexico State Aggies

For the final non-conference game of the 2022 season, New Mexico State is going to be coming to Madison to take on the Badgers. This is likely going to be just as easy of a game as Illinois State was to start the season. New Mexico State is an independent program and has struggled to find its footing at the FBS level.

This is likely to be over at halftime. It is unlikely that the Aggies are even going to score and Wisconsin will be hoping to leave the game healthy for their showdown with Ohio State the following week.

Final Score: Wisconsin 52, New Mexico State 0  (3-0)

player. Columbus, OH. 4. 812. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. Sept 24. Ohio State Buckeyes

This is the ultimate measuring stick game for Wisconsin in the Big Ten and nationally. Ohio State has dominated the conference and this could even be a preview of the Big Ten Championship game. Ohio State has dominated in their games against Wisconsin lately and the teams last met in the 2019 Big Ten Championship. Ohio State has a definitive talent advantage and it has been growing between them and Wisconsin.

Ultimately, it is going to be up to Wisconsin’s offense to try and keep this game close. As good as Wisconsin’s defense is, Ohio State’s athleticism and speed on offense are going to be too much to overcome. Mertz will not be able to keep up and the Badgers will fall just short against the Buckeyes again.

Final Score: Wisconsin 24, Ohio State 42 (3-1, 0-1 Big Ten)
