2. Depth will be tested

If you’re looking forward to see just how deep Clemson is, tuning in to the spring game on Saturday afternoon is a good idea.

The Tigers will be down close to two dozen scholarship players as those injuries really piled up this spring. The latest was Adam Randall who was injured earlier in the week and it’s been dubbed a “serious” knee issue. That’s horrible news for fans who were hoping to see some big names duke it out in the spring scrimmage.

The depth is going to be tested with guys like Will Shipley, Kobe Pace, Randall, EJ Williams, Bryan Bresee, Jaedyn Lukas, Dietrick Pennington, Sheridan Jones, Davis Allen, Walker Parks, and Will Taylor all out for the spring game. Those are some big names and on both sides of the ball, no less.

Clemson has been bitten by the injury bug, but it’ll be nice to see how the Tigers adjust to all of these because nothing is guaranteed in the regular season and depth is always going to be tested.

We’ll get a good sense of how deep this team really is on Saturday.
