27. 48. Pick Analysis. EDGE . Minnesota. Boya Mafe . player. Scouting Report

You can never have enough pass rushers and with how much they cost on the free-agent market, Tampa Bay would be wise to use their first 2022 NFL draft selection on Boya Mafe, a 6-foot-4, 260-pound pass rusher who runs the 40-yard dash in 4.53. He recorded 15 sacks over the past three seasons and he’s a guy with big-time NFL upside.

Georgia. 28. player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. LB . Nakobe Dean . 49

We don’t know what Nakobe Dean’s 40-time would have been but some coaches speculated it would be in the 4.4.-4.5 range, which makes him a perfect fit for Green Bay. The Packers re-signed De’Vondre Campbell this offseason but just imagine Dean playing next to him? Dean had over 70 tackles last season as well as two interceptions, two forced fumbles, five passes defended, and 10.5 tackles for loss plus six sacks. Getting him here would be a steal.

player. Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. 29. 124. CB . Clemson. Andrew Booth

Booth is a big (6-foot-2, 200 pounds) cornerback who has really solid ball skills. He intercepted five passes the past two seasons for Clemson and is also good at setting the edge. The Chiefs might be looking for someone to fill Tyreek Hill’s shoes, but they also have another first-round pick.
