One of the reasons that Miami football hired Mario Cristobal to be its head coach was to win recruitments like this and Cristobal has a really strong relationship with Rashada.

Rashada said when he released his top seven that he thought Miami football was going to be running the ACC soon and that seemed to indicate he thought the program was headed for big things under Cristobal.

While Miami slipped a little after the SEC schools got their visits, the Hurricanes have started to climb again in the On3 prediction machine and have passed Oregon into the No. 3 spot (18 percent).

Chad Simmons of On3 reported Rashada is thinking about visiting Miami football this week which would obviously be huge for the Hurricanes and might be enough to make them the favorite.

Rashada has taken official visits to LSU, Ole Miss, Florida, and Texas A&M. He’s got one left and we’ll see if Cristobal can get him back to Miami.

If so, the Hurricanes have a real shot.
