Dante Moore is the next domino

Five-star QB Dante Moore hasn’t made an announcement yet or even said when he would make his commitment but everyone is expecting to be for Oregon football at this point.

The Ducks were able to get him on campus for another visit over the weekend and the Detroit prospect seems poised to choose Oregon over Michigan, the in-state school.

Jim Harbaugh’s NFL flirtation certainly didn’t help and Dan Lanning’s hire of Kenny Dillingham certainly made a difference (the NIL deal is probably sweet too), but regardless of why Oregon is set to win one of the college football recruiting’s biggest battles.

While most fans and pundits have been focused on Arch Manning, Moore isn’t far behind him as a passer and he’s one of the youngest QBs in this class.

Lots of Oregon fans are high on Ty Thompson and they should be, but if Moore is what scouts believe him to be, he will probably be Oregon’s best QB since Marcus Mariota.
