College Football Rankings 2022: Projected AP Top 25 for Week 4
We’re out here criticizing Michigan for playing one of the weakest non-conference schedules in college football while Alabama is just bullying UL Monroe in Week 3.
This was a much-needed blowout and confidence booster for the Tide after they snuck by Texas a week ago in Austin. Nick Saban’s team didn’t leave any doubt as they ran up the score on the Warhawks, 63-7.
Bryce Young needed just 18 passes to reach 236 yards with three touchdowns and the run game has been relatively balanced. And Jahmyr Gibbs led all pass-catchers with 65 yards and a touchdown on four catches.
Is Alabama the best team in the country? It very well might be, but it’s impossible to tell right now when the Tide follow up a close game at Texas with UL Monroe.
The Tide dominated like we expected and will stay at No. 2 this week while Georgia stays No. 1 after cruising right by South Carolina.
