12. Colorado Buffaloes (0-3)

The Buffaloes are in a bad way right now. The offense is dreadful, scoring 30 points in three games this season. In their 49-7 loss to Minnesota, the passing game threw for 90 yards on three completions.

The defense has not been much better allowing 128 points in the same three games. The Buffs have allowed 38, 41, and 49 points, respectively. It is hard not to watch this team and question whether or not the players have quit on head coach Karl Dorrell.

11. Arizona State Sun Devils (1-2)

Running backs coach Shaun Aguano takes over in the interim as head coach of the Arizona Sun Devils. Firing coach Edwards does beg the question of how long Athletic Director Ray Anderson has. Neither of his hires (Edwards and basketball coach Bobby Hurley) has set the world on fire.

It could be time to start over and allow a new Athletic Director to hire the football coach in Tempe.

10. Stanford Cardinal (1-1, 0-1)

As teams head into conference play, one has to wonder what is in store for the Cardinal. Quarterback Tanner McKee looks the part with the arm talent to match. Does he have the receivers? The offensive line has steadily declined over the last three years, and the transfer portal hurts the Cardinal as much as any team in the country.

The defense gave up over 500 yards of offense and five touchdowns against USC, making one wonder just how good (or bad) this team will be this season.
