Tanner Morgan throws for 3 touchdowns

Tanner Morgan has looked great for the Gophers this season. He has thrown for 618 passing yards, and 4 passing touchdowns, with a 71.7% completion percentage, and a 190.8 passer rating.

The Michigan State secondary has struggled through the first three weeks. Last week, Washington Quarterback, Michael Penix Jr. threw for 397 passing yards and four passing touchdowns.

The Spartan’s defense has been held together by their defensive line and linebacker crew. Michigan State has allowed just 269 total rushing yards on 2.7 yards per carry through their first three games.

On the other hand, Minnesota is averaging 312 rushing yards per game on 5.8 yards per carry.
