No. 1: Kansas State at No. 6 Oklahoma (-13.5)

No college football upset in Week 4 of the season had a bigger impact on the playoff race than the 41-34 win by Kansas State at Oklahoma.

Fresh off a loss to Tulane last week, lots of fans were questioning Adrian Martinez. Even his head coach said he needed to play better. He finally did and it was critical in the win.

Martinez completed 21-of-34 passes for 234 yards and one touchdown. More importantly, he didn’t throw any interceptions. He also dominated on the ground and totaled 148 yards on 21 carries in the win as well as four touchdowns. He also ripped off a 55-yard run.

It sure made the game hard to watch for Nebraska fans who saw the Huskers lose 49-14 to the Sooners in Week 3. For OU, it doesn’t make a trip to the playoff impossible but it eliminates any margin for error.

Hell, the Sooners could win out and still need some help. Basically, Sooner fans should want any team in the top 10 right now to lose because as it stands, a Big 12 title might not be enough for the Sooners.
