Michigan was not challenged in their non conference schedule. Maryland proved to be a tougher opponent but the Wolverines were able to win.

Blake Corum was the star of the show for the Wolverines. He carried the ball 30 times for 243 yards and found the end zone twice. With Donovan Edwards out injured again, Corum was relied on heavily but he did not seem to get worn out.

The Michigan defense got two turnovers and the special teams got a gift from Maryland on the opening kickoff. The defense was presented with more of a challenge against the Terps but they held up for the most part.

Michigan now travels for the first time this season as they face Iowa next. The Wolverines have not won in Iowa City since the 2005 season.

Ohio State proved once again they are the top team in the Big Ten and one of the top teams in the country. They got out to a huge four score lead and never looked back.

CJ Stroud put up Heisman numbers once again with five touchdowns. He did throw an interception but it did not hurt the Buckeyes. Even without his top target Jaxon Smith-Njigba, the other receivers stepped up. Running backs TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams both eclipsed 100 yards on the ground.

The Buckeye defense was solid. Wisconsin did score two late touchdowns in the fourth quarter, but the game was well in hand by that point.

The Buckeyes get their fifth straight home game next week when they host Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights will likely find scoring points to be a rarity.
