1. Notre Dame football is undefeated in Shamrock Series

Notre Dame is 10-0 dating back to 2009 when the Irish defeated Washington State to win the first game of the Shamrock Series. The Irish have played some quality teams in Wisconsin, Miami, Arizona State, among others.

The Irish really have showed up in the Shamrock Series game every year with putting up a lot of points. In eight of the ten games in this series Notre Dame has scored at least 30 points.

On the defensive side of the ball they also have held their opponents to 21 points or less in nine of the ten matchups. Really shows how dominant Notre Dame has been in the ten previous games of the Shamrock Series.

After how Notre Dame looked last time they took the field I fully expect them to come out and play similar on both sides of the ball. BYU will come in fired up being ranked and being the underdog, but the right team is favored in this matchup.

Prediction: Notre Dame 34, BYU 24
