TCU takes Baylor’s best shot and wins

TCU has played in a lot more close games than its College Football Playoff rivals such as Georgia, Michigan, and Ohio State.

Yet, many thought the Horned Frogs were going to lose at Texas last week and I predicted it to happen. The Texas defense was solid but TCU’s defense was even better and limited an explosive Texas offense to just 10 points on the road.

Baylor is going to a bowl game and would love nothing more than to upset TCU, which the Horned Frogs did last season in a defeat that actually cost the Bears a College Football Playoff berth.

The Bears were dominated last week against Kansas State and lost 31-3 in another game people thought could be an upset pick.

Baylor will play better this week, however, TCU will notch another solid win (on the road) and Kendre Miller will be the star, although Max Duggan will have another good game as TCU gets the win and covers the 2.5-point spread.

People need to take the Horned Frogs seriously and with just a few weeks left, need to wrap their heads around this team making the playoff.
