1. What’s next for Oregon?

The Ducks are not out of the Pac-12 title game just yet. However, every member of Duck Nation is a Washington State fan. If the Cougars win the Apple Cup, the Ducks are headed for Las Vegas for the Pac-12 Championship game. However, the No. 15 Utah Utes will go to the conference title game if Washington wins.

Whether they play for the conference title game or not, head coach Dan Lanning and the Ducks have to be concerned about the health of quarterback Bo Nix. He is not healthy, and it is obvious. The quarterback run is a large part of his game, and Oregon’s run game is hurt when defenses know that Nix can’t run.

What’s next for Oregon State?

The Beavers are in the clubhouse waiting to see which bowl game they are going to. Jonathan Smith and the Beavs would love nothing more than to have both bragging rights and knowing they played spoiler to Oregon’s chances to play for a Pac-12 title again. The program is headed in the right direction.

The question for the Beavers is whether or not head coach Jonathan Smith will have any suitors for any of the openings this offseason.
