Purdue vs No. 2 Michigan (-16.5) 8 PM EST (Fox)

Just like Georgia, I don’t see Michigan missing the playoff. Ohio State might make it, but after the way the Wolverines dominated in Columbus, the Buckeyes won’t be in unless the Wolverines are.

The Wolverines should want to win the Big Ten title and they will. It was one of the goals that Jim Harbaugh laid out at the beginning of the season and I don’t see a letdown.

Purdue does have Adian O’Connell, Jeff Brohm, and a shot at a rare Big Ten title in its own right, as well as the first Rose Bowl berth since Drew Brees was the quarterback.

I fully believe we’ll have a close game at the half, but sort of like Clemson and North Carolina, Michigan will be better in the trenches and it will make up for Purdue having a stellar QB. Michigan’s J.J. McCarthy is also going to be dangerous after what he did against Ohio State.
