Season Overview: Head coach Mike Norvell has the Seminoles moving in the right direction. The Seminoles play hard for Norvell, and quarterback Jordan Travis took another step in his maturation. Johnny Wilson, Jared Verse, and Trey Benson were all critical contributors via the transfer portal.

2023 Outlook: Former Mississippi State and Florida head coach Dan Mullen said it is harder to go from nine to 11 wins than to go from four to nine wins. Next season the expectation is for the Seminoles to contend for an ACC Championship. The Seminoles beat Miami and Florida this season, and the expectation is to do the same in 2023.
