Season Overview: The Bruins had their best season since 2014 under coach Chip Kelly. Quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson proved he had another step in his development, posting career highs in completion percentage, passing yards, rushing yards, touchdown passes, and rushing touchdowns. Two close losses to Arizona and USC changed the season’s trajectory for UCLA.
2023 Outlook: The Bruins have loads of questions to answer in their final season in the Pac-12. Is Dante Moore the day-one starter, or will Collin Schlee be the bridge? How much does the staff believe in the running back room without Zach Charbonnet? UCLA does return a veteran defense that should be every bit as good as it was last season.
