Darrius Clemons

At 6-foot-3, 215 pounds, and with a 40-time of 4.39, there are few players on the Michigan football roster with as much natural talent as Darrius Clemons.

Clemons caught a touchdown pass in the spring game last year for the Wolverines, but with a stacked depth chart last season, he only caught one pass for seven yards.

Ronnie Bell is headed to the NFL and Andrel Anthony transferred to Oklahoma. Outside of that, everyone stayed so Clemons will have to prove himself. However, he could be the deep threat Michigan football was missing last season.

There is a golden opportunity right now too with some of the offseason moves. Roman Wilson and Cornelius Johnson are back. So is A.J. Henning.

But Clemons should be able to crack the top five at least and it’s only a matter of time before he becomes one of the top passing targets in this offense in 2023. He was ranked in the top 125 after all when he signed and there’s no doubt his potential is through the roof.
