4. Colorado Football

Coach Deion Sanders and Colorado football were one of the few programs to get multiple commitments in the 2024 college football recruiting class in February.

One of those was a four-star for the Buffaloes in Ju’Juan Johnson, a 5-foot-11, 178-pound athlete that is ranked 235th overall in the 2024 class according to the 247 sports composite rankings out of the state of Louisiana.

Johnson is one of five verbal pledges for Coach Prime in the 2024 class, but Colorado football also addressed the offensive line with the commitment of Talan Chandler.

Chandler is an interior offensive lineman out of Nevada, Missouri, and is ranked 830 overall in the 2024 class in the 247 sports composite rankings. Colorado is ranked 15th right now in the 2024 class and after a better-than-expected haul in 2023 that included five-star Cormani McClain, Sanders is proving to be as good on the recruiting trail as expected.
