Fiesta Bowl projection: Notre Dame vs Oregon

Notre Dame has a difficult schedule this season with home games against USC and Ohio State, as well as a road trip to Clemson.

I don’t know if Notre Dame will beat USC or Ohio State, even at home, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Notre Dame win at Clemson, which would really damage the ACC’s hopes for a playoff berth.

That’s what I think will happen, which will lead to a matchup in the Fiesta Bowl with Oregon. The Pac-12 is going to have the top two teams in the final standings meet for the championship.

I think USC is going to break through and win the league title, while I think Oregon will do enough to get 10 wins. The Ducks might not reach the Pac-12 title game, but sometimes, teams that don’t have that extra loss get a better bowl bid that’s what happens here.
