10. TCU Horned Frogs

Call me crazy, but I love the TCU helmet. Heck, I love all of them.

The one pictured above may be the best of the bunch and it was used as an alternate during the 2022 season. It features an enlarged white horned frog outline with a vibrant purple facemask. It’s darn near perfection.

Black helmets already have my heart, but when they feature one of the best mascots in college football, that makes them even better. The only thing that would make this TCU helmet even better is if it was matte black. The Horned Frogs do have some matte helmets (which I think is a cleaner look) but it doesn’t feature this design.

The black helmets are great, the purple helmets with the “TCU” in writing above a horned frog, and the white helmets with the same thing are all great, too.

There really isn’t a single bad TCU helmet.
