Jayden Bradford (No. 14 QB, 4-star)

The four-star quarterback playing at IMG Academy is the fourth-best quarterback available in the 247 Sports composite rankings and his recruitment has been interesting.

Penn State picked up a crystal ball projection over the summer but the Nittany Lions haven’t really built more momentum. They are also after Michael Van Buren and while it’s not out of the realm of possibility for two quarterbacks to commit in one class, my sense is they won’t end up in the same class.

South Carolina does have Dante Reno committed in the 2024 college football recruiting class but Bradford has visited this spring and the Gamecocks are the current leader according to the On3 prediction machine.

Bradley told On3.com that North Carolina State, Penn State, and South Carolina were his top three. Penn State is trending in another direction at QB and South Carolina makes sense.

It also wouldn’t shock me if Reno, the current QB commitment for the Gamecocks, wound up going somewhere else, such as Nebraska.

Prediction: South Carolina
