2. Auburn

One team I expect to at least show some interest in Tyler Buchner is Auburn. The Tigers QB room isn’t great right now and there isn’t a clear starter.

Robby Ashford has potential, but now that Buchner is in the portal, I fully expect the Tigers to come calling. Buchner seems like an upgrade and at the very least, it would give the Tigers another option that has started college games before.

Buchner might struggle with Auburn, but Freeze has a great reputation for developing quarterbacks, so it seems like it could be a positive move for both sides.

With the limited number of quarterbacks in the portal, just about any team with a need should reach out to Buchner and that’s why I expect Auburn to jump into the mix.
