Ole Miss football: Post-spring game-by-game predictions for 2023
One of the most disappointing teams in the nation last year was Texas A&M and while I think Jimbo Fisher and the Aggies improve this year and actually make a bowl game, they’re not going into Oxford and picking up a win over Ole Miss. It just won’t happen.
Conner Weigman will have a heck of a duel with Jaxson Dart and I think we’ll see one of the highest-scoring affairs of the SEC season here.
This will be an absolute delight to watch and Ole Miss wins.
Prediction: Win (6-3, 3-3)
The toughest game left on the schedule for Ole Miss comes in the third-to-last week of the season and Georgia will undauntedly take care of the Rebels in Athens.
As much as Ole Miss fans want to be able to say they can play with the big boys, this game won’t be very close. The Bulldogs will have yet another elite defense, the offense will be just fine without Stetson Bennett, and Kirby Smart will prove why he’s one of the nation’s best coaches.
Prediction: Loss (6-4, 3-4)
