1. Steve Angeli will quarterback the Irish to a touchdown

Typically when a team scores 60 points, not only has the first team dominated the game, but the second and perhaps even third-stringers will have provided contributions to the colossal scoreline. Thus, I’m predicting that Notre Dame backup quarterback Steve Angeli will lead the Irish offense to a touchdown during this game.

So far, the sophomore has only thrown and completed one pass for a grand total of two yards, and that was in garbage time against the Midshipmen last weekend.

However, because the Notre Dame starters will separate themselves from TSU in an expedited fashion, Angeli should have at least a full quarter to run the offense and properly move the football down the field.

As such, for the first time in his collegiate career, the Bergen Catholic grad will get to celebrate inside the iconic diagonal-lined end zone of Notre Dame Stadium.
