Oklahoma is primed and ready for the Red River Showdown

Coming into this game, you didn’t know which Oklahoma Sooners team would show up. Was it going to be the team that put up 20 points against an average-at-best Cincinnati team, or was it the Sooners team that can easily put up high offensive numbers? Tonight, we saw that it was the latter.

Next Saturday, the #3 ranked Texas Longhorns will face off against the #14 ranked Oklahoma Sooners in the Red River Showdown.

Both teams are primed and ready for this game coming off of big conference wins, and high offensive outputs to boot. Both teams are undefeated and sit atop the Big 12 conference standings at 5-0 and 2-0 in conference play. This game will not be for the weak of heart and will be a knockout-out drag-out fight.
