What’s next for Alabama football?

Today was a solid win for the Crimson Tide. Quarterback Jalen Milroe looked more comfortable in the offense. He showed his ability to throw the football deep. Where offensive coordinator Tommy Rees should be excited about is how well he threw from the pocket when he had time.

The issue is having time. The offensive line has to be more consistent. Alabama might be fine if they can block for four quarters as they did in the third quarter. Defensively, the Tide looks like it has the best secondary in the country. The Tide host Arkansas at Bryant-Denny next Saturday.

What’s next for Texas A&M?

The Jimbo Fisher, hot seat talk, just got ten dollars worth of gasoline thrown on it. The Aggies lost to Alabama again, and the offense sputtered again. The Aggies clearly miss starting quarterback Connor Wegman. Defensively, however, Texas A&M played well.

The Aggies have another challenge next weekend as they travel to Knoxville to take on the Volunteers next Saturday afternoon.
