The Longhorns will drop in the polls, but they will likely see the Sooners again in the Big 12 Championship game. The Longhorns have the best roster in the conference, and they’ve played like it most of the season. Let’s see how coach Sark gets his team to rebound after a tough loss.

The Big 12 is down this season, and the Sooners and Longhorns should run through the conference. It’s the Big 12, and stranger things have happened. Texas has an off week before traveling to Houston.

What’s next for Oklahoma?

Head coach Brent Venables has his first signature win with the Sooners. There was some doubt about how good Oklahoma was coming into this game. Doubters were proven wrong this afternoon. The Sooners were outstanding in taking advantage of a Texas defense that was leaky at times.

The Sooners are in the driver’s seat in the Big 12. Barring injury or a clunker of a game, Oklahoma should run the table on their way to the conference championship game. The Sooners play UCF after an off week.
