I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect Louisville to be this good this year, but man, they keep surprising me each and every week. Who would have thought that the Cardinals would have had this type of success in year one of Jeff Brohm? Not me.

Brohm outlasted Mario Cristobal and Miami on the road and although the defense didn’t play well, the offense moved the ball with relative ease.

Jack Plummer has had an up-and-down season but he continues to win and he passed for over 300 yards and three touchdowns on Saturday against the Hurricanes.

The run game pitched in 162 yards and two scores.

Thanks to a huge fourth quarter, Louisville is still alive in the College Football Playoff race and will remain in the top 10 next week. Oh, and the Cardinals are headed to the ACC title game.
