2. Dave Aranda, Baylor

In a program that was risen from the ashes by former head coach Matt Rhule, Dave Aranda has struggled to find the same success at Baylor.

Other than the 2021 season in which Aranda led Baylor to a victory in the Sugar Bowl and finished with an 11-2 record, Baylor has failed to post another winning season, finishing 2-7 in 2020, 6-7 in 2022, and currently sitting at 3-7 in 2023.

With a 23-23 record over the past four seasons, and a 3-7 mark this season, there are grumblings out of Waco that this move might be made sooner than later.
