2. Lane Kiffin coaching rumors are (undoubtedly) going to heat up again

Once again, Ole Miss finished with a 10-win regular season which is now the second time it has accomplished this feat in three years.

Lane Kiffin is quickly proving to be one of the best coaches in college football and you know what that means? He’s going to be the subject of most coaching vacancies this coming offseason. You just know that he’ll be mentioned among all the top jobs, including Texas A&M.

And in true Kiffin fashion, he’s going to lean into the rumors.

Does that mean he’s going to leave? No, I’d actually be shocked if he wasn’t in Oxford next year, but he loves stirring up some controversy so expect him to tweet something about a coaching search in which he’s rumored to be involved.

Two 10-win seasons in three years just don’t happen at Ole Miss but Kiffin is changing that.
