Kentucky

Believe it or not, Kentucky is getting a good reputation for developing quarterbacks. Will Levis was drafted last season and Devin Leary has a good chance to make it two in a row for the Wildcats under Liam Cohen.

McCord would be a great fit for Kentucky, which has tried to work its way into the upper echelon of the SEC but hasn’t quite had the quarterback. Will Levis and Devin Leary both had their moments, but McCord might be the best of them all.

There were some mistakes this season by McCord. His footwork was an issue at times and he will need to learn to play quarterback under pressure, but Kentucky could be a nice landing spot. The Wildcats have become an SEC East contender and will need a transfer portal quarterback.

And in terms of NIL, any team in the SEC feels like it would be a good deal for McCord. Yet, with that defense and the need at quarterback, it should be a top consideration.
