National Signing Day Wrap-Up: ACC
By Kyle Kensing
The rich get richer in the ACC. Jimbo Fisher once again flexed his recruiting muscles on National Signing Day, leading Florida State to the conference’s No. 1 recruiting class. The new batch of Seminoles could make a case for being the best overall class inked nationally, with defensive tackle Eddie Goldman as the headliner.
Per Rivals.com rankings, the top half of the conference on NSD was the same teams that finished most highly in the 2011 standings. Only Miami (No. 2) failed to surpass .500, and North Carolina was the only of yesterday’s top 6 to miss eight wins.
