The Atlantic Coast Conference has six teams ranked in the AP Top 25, now tied with the SEC. It is the first time since 2006, with 3 ACC teams now in the Top 10.

The ACC doesn’t look so top heavy now, although at the bottom, some teams continue to struggle.  The Virginia Tech Hokies are ranked for first time since the 2014 season. The North Carolina Tar Heels have won four straight to climb to number 17 in the AP Top 25.

Here are this week’s Power Rankings.

The Duke Blue Devils enter this week’s ACC Power Rankings as the number 14 team. They drop four spots from last week. The Blue Devils lost their second straight ACC game, this time to the Virginia Cavaliers, and are now 0-2 in ACC play.

Quarterback Daniel Jones threw five interceptions and lost a fumble. He was responsible for six turnovers and just one touchdown in the game. It looked like Duke would get over the hump after last week’s upset victory of Notre Dame. But the Blue Devils have struggled this season since losing quarterback Thomas Sirk to injury. They’ve won one of their last four games.

This Week: Army

The Blue Devils host Army this week but it won’t be a walk in the park. The Black Knights are 3-1 on the season and have allowed just 16 point per game.
