Check out Lee Corso’s headgear pick for Alabama vs LSU as GameDay heads down to the Bayou for a huge SEC clash.

Alabama vs LSU, a great rivalry and College GameDay will be going long for the ride. Although the game is not being played in Alabama, this is the 37th time that Alabama will be featured on College GameDay. This matchup of highly talented and highly ranked SEC teams will be a great night cap to another great day of college football. Alabama comes into Baton Rouge as a seven point favorite, LSU will look to use that as motivation as they try to upset No. 1 Alabama.

Leonard Fournette has been spectacular since his return from injury. He ran for 284 yards and three touchdowns in his last game against Ole Miss. Alabama will have to contain Fournette like they did a year ago. If he breaks out and is able to run all over the Bama defense, we will be seeing a very angry Nick Saban on the sideline. Both Alabama and LSU only allow 15 points game, while Alabama on average scores around 15 more points a game then LSU. Both defense will be challenged to limit their opponents offense and keep them off the field. Especially LSU. If they are to keep the game close, their defense will need to show up and play a great game.

The bad blood between these two schools is real and has to do with Alabama’s coach. After winning a national title at LSU, Nick Saban left. He tried out the NFL, that didn’t work and he came back to coach at LSU’s rival, Alabama.

When featured on college GameDay against LSU, Alabama is 6-2. They have won five straight games against LSU as well. Another win streak on the line today is that of Lee Corso. He is on a five game win streak himself with his headgear picks. Corso is 17-8 when picking Alabama all time. He is also 1-6 when he picks against Nick Saban. When picking LSU Corso is 12-5. He has good records of picking both teams. So who will he pick today? The Tigers? of the Tide?

Lee Corso went with the LSU Tigers over the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Will the Tigers pull the upset over the Tide or will the Tide roll on?
