Western Kentucky surrendered four turnovers in a 35-0 loss at No. 1 Alabama. To combat the problem in the future, Hilltopper head coach Willie Taggart gave WKU fans a unique opportunity.

Taggart’s move is somewhat reminiscent of The Program subplot in which head coach Sam Winters (James Caan) has freshman running back Darnell Jefferson (Omar Epps) carry a ball around campus. Teammates are instructed to take the ball from him and return it for a reward — and punishment for Jefferson.
You have to appreciate Taggart’s innovation. He has done some incredible things in his time as the Hilltoppers’ head coach, taking over a program recently moved up from FCS and struggling mightily. Last season, the Hilltoppers should have received a bowl bid. Taggart wants to ensure one this season, following up the above tweet with another asking, why not win the next 10?
