WBRZ in Baton Rouge reports that LSU Tigers running back Jeremy Hill pleaded guilty to a simple battery charge. Prosecutors released the video of Hill punching a man outside a Baton Rouge in April. The below is from The Advocate:
Judge Mike Erwin accepted Hill’s plea. Mike Shingelton of WBRZ reported on the conditions of the plea. Jail time was excluded, despite reports this week that the District Attorney’s office would seek revocation of Hill’s probation:
Hill sentenced to 2 years unsupervised probation, $375 for victims medical bills, write a letter of apology, 50 hrs comm. service. @WBRZ

Cecil Collins was an LSU running back who, in the 1990s, was dismissed from the program after two charges of breaking-and-entering. He briefly played for the Miami Dolphins, but was arrested in December 1999 for burglary. He began serving a prison sentence that concludes in February.
Jeremy Hill could still face jail time, Shingleton reports. His status with the LSU football team is undetermined. Les Miles suspended Hill indefinitely in April.
